Established in 1994, Discovery Child Enrichment Center is a childcare provider situated in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. We are committed to providing high-quality childcare services available to the children under our care.

About the Management
Shelley Vetter – Owner and Executive Director
Prior to becoming the owner in 2003, Shelley Vetter was the Assistant Director for DCEC. She and her husband lives in Hampton with their 2 sons, Cameron and Patrick, and daughter Catherine.
Julia Blaisdell – Director
Julia Blaisdell is a holder of an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education. She has been with DCEC since 1994, working with kids aged 6 weeks to 3 years old before eventually becoming a Director in 2003.
